That is exactly what MyM Recubrimientos experienced — a Mexican luxury finishes company that, in just a few years, multiplied its growth and had to face a complex reality: selling premium materials requires a much higher level of control than traditional retail.

## **MyM Recubrimientos: a clear idea and an underserved market**
MyM Recubrimientos was founded in 2014 by a young entrepreneurial couple who identified a clear opportunity in Durango, Mexico: the lack of specialized suppliers of luxury materials for flooring and finishes.
From the start, the company focused on the commercialization of high-value products such as tiles, slabs, marble, and granite. This premium focus quickly drove demand, but also introduced significant operational complexity.
