Monthly MX+ release: Efficientix's tax and operations localization for Oracle NetSuite in Mexico.
In June, MX+ added compliance and clarity improvements to tax documents, and strengthened the Global Invoice, Supplier Portal and payment complement modules.
Basic
Invoicing and compliance
- Expanded the insurance information that the Carta Porte (waybill) complement can include in the XML and in the PDF templates.
- MX+ scripts now adjust to the Mexican localization context.
- Improved the prompts that guide tax data entry and the setup to stamp invoices outside the usual 72-hour window.
- Fixed withholding calculations in payment complements and the display of the unit value in the PDF.
Pro
Addenda and Foreign Trade
- Fixed the generation of the Foreign Trade complement for invoices created from sales orders.
- Enabled stamping of credit notes with an addendum, following a flow similar to sales invoices.
Premium
Supplier Portal
- Enabled partial invoicing of purchase orders and a view of the movements associated with each supplier.
Global Invoice
- Improved the speed and control of global invoice creation, as well as the lookup of amounts and individual invoices.
Expense Report Generator
- Added simultaneous upload of several XML files and supplier assignment to speed up expense entry.
The availability of each improvement depends on the modules enabled in your account.
